Delivery Terms

We cannot guarantee any next day delivery at this time, but most deliveries are getting to our customers within 1-3 days.

  1. Standarad delivery is not covered for loss or damage. If you choose this option, that is at your own risk and no refund or exchange will be offered.

  2. Next working day delivery on all items if ordered before 2pm and items are in stock.

  3. We will arrange delivery of the goods to the address specified on your order.

  4. Delivery times are approximate only and are subject to the specific terms of Royal Mail, DHL, DPD and/or other couriers used.

  5. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods that are caused by any circumstances out of our control. Failure to provide an adequate address or delivery instructions may also delay delivery.

  6. If you do not take delivery of the goods and request a re-delivery, this will be at a cost to you. If goods are redirected back to us, we will accept but no refund will be given, unless discussed previously.

  7. Upon delivery, consignments should be checked immediately and any delivery shortages or damaged items should be reported within 24 hours of receipt. C Prox Ltd are unable to process a claim or replace stock outside of this time period.
