The 703-IBK is a reliable, modern wireless audio intercom system designed specifically for flats, apartments, and shared building entrances. Using advanced digital D.E.C.T wireless technology, it delivers clear communication without the hassle of complex wiring or disruptive installation.

The system supports up to four call buttons, allowing each apartment or property to have its own dedicated handset. With an impressive working range of up to 200 metres through concrete (and up to 400 metres in open space), it’s ideal for multi-dwelling buildings where reliability really matters.

Installation is refreshingly simple. Each apartment is supplied with one handset, making it easy for residents to answer calls, speak to visitors, and manage access. The built-in keypad allows secure coded entry, with optional panels available that include an integrated proximity reader for added convenience.

Missed a visitor? No problem. The system includes a built-in voicemail feature, allowing users to listen back to messages directly from their handset (playback available in English and French). With two programmable relays, the system can also be configured to control doors, gates, or other access points.
