Warranties
JCM TECHNOLOGIES, S.A. guarantees that all the equipment labelled with the CE marking is compliant with the provisions established in Royal Decree 444/1994 of the Official Spanish State Journal dated 1 April 1994 transposing European Directive 89/336/EEC.
JCM TECHNOLOGIES, S.A. offers a warranty period of 5 years for the following products (validity effective for products manufactured from 01/01/2015): – KEE range – VERSUS line – MOTION range – RADIO safety products: SECURITY: RADIOBAND, RADIOSENS and RADIOCONTACT – ROLL868-DMR For the rest of the products JCM offers 2.5 years from the date of manufacture, which will include all manufacturing or component defects on all its products. Any problems arising from the incorrect installation, undue use, damage caused by natural catastrophes and acts of vandalism or terrorism are not included in the guarantee.
Batteries supplied with equipment are excluded from the 5 year warranty and have a warranty period of 1 year from the date of manufacture·
HOTRON Ireland Ltd., Guarantees this product to be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year from date of installation. Unless HOTRON Ireland Ltd. is notified of the date of installation, the warranty will be in effect for 1 year from the date of shipment from our factory. If, during the first 1 year, our motion detector or support device fails to operate and hos not been tampered with or abused, the unit can be returned prepaid to the factory and it will be repaired free of charge. After 1 year, the unit will be repaired for a nominal service charge. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warrantability of merchantability, and no representative or person is authorised to assume for HOTRON Ireland any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. All warranties are limited to the duration of this written limited warranty. In no event shall HOTRON Ireland be liable for any special, incidental, consequential or other damages arising from any claimed breach of warranty as to its products or service.

AES GLOBAL LTD products come with a 2 year warranty.
C Prox Ltd Proximity switches and toilet locking come with a 2 year warranty.
