Link the photocell terminals at the control panel, if this works, the problem is with the photocell.
If the door has been running a lot in a short period of time and the control panel is clicking when it receives an input, it is likely the motor thermal cutout. Wait half an hour and try again. This is not a problem with the control panel.
If the control panel is clicking when a remote or button is pressed, check the motor wiring and condition.
Solution:
Turn off the power. Swap the brown and black motor wires.
Solution:
Change the batteries, even if the LED is lighting up when pressing the button.
Try re-programming the remote. Refer to the control panel manual or follow the programming video tutorial.
Answer:
Turn ON dipswitch 1 (up position).
Ensure all relevant safety devices are fitted.
Answer:
Turn ON dipswitch 2 (up position). The door will then stop & reverse.
Solution:
Adjust the limit switches on the motor, there’s normally 2 Allen key slots on the motor to turn. This is nothing to do with the control panel.
