The DR-01 Magnetic Door Holder is a reliable and robust solution for safely holding fire doors open, releasing instantly when required to maintain building safety.

Designed for use in fire door applications, this unit has been successfully tested to BS EN 1634-1 for 30 and 60 minute fire doors, making it ideal for commercial environments where compliance and safety are essential.

With a holding force of 25kg (250N), the DR-01 securely retains doors in the open position, while its anti-residual magnetism feature ensures a clean release every time. In the event of a fire alarm or power interruption, the magnet deactivates, allowing the door to close safely.

Built to last, the unit features a durable ABS enclosure for high impact resistance and a 2mm stainless steel face plate for added strength and longevity.

Installation is straightforward with a standard wall-mounted design, and for added flexibility, a floor mounting bracket is available as an optional accessory.
