This compact 2-button JCM TECH remote operates on 433 MHz and controls two channels, so it’s ideal for gates, garage doors and other remote-controlled systems.
Important compatibility note
Before ordering a replacement, check the code on the back of your current remote. We have 2 options to choose from.
- TWIN-R-Q or TWIN-R Quantek Systems (Quantek Coded)
- TWIN-R (JCM Coded)
The code needs to match your existing remote. If your remote does not show either of the above codes, or you are unsure, please take a picture of the sticker and email it to [email protected] and we will advise.

▪️Remote has stopped working
✅ Solution:
- Change the batteries, even if the LED is lighting up.
- If more than one remote has stopped working at the same time, check there’s power to the receiver. If you can hear the receiver relay clicking or see the red LED turning on when you press a remote, then the system is working. The issue is probably with the equipment the receiver is activating, e.g. auto door, gate, garage, etc. Contact your installer or maintenance company.
▪️Remote won’t program
✅ Solution:
- Check the remote is compatible and looks identical to other remotes on the system. The part number on the sticker on the back must match EXACTLY.
- Change the batteries, even if the LED is lighting up.
- Refer to the receiver manual.
