Before placing your order, please check the following details on your existing remote:

• Ensure the last three digits of the serial number engraved on the back are 040.
  If they are not, please do not order, contact us first for guidance.

• The serial number should include ‘EVO’.
  If it does not, your remote is likely an MUV2, MUV2-HP, or MUVPRO2 model.

• If your existing remote has a company logo printed anywhere on it, please contact that company directly for replacements.
  Remotes ordered from us will not be compatible in this case.
