Active Infrared Sensors

Active Infrared sensors transmit and measure the reflection levels of infrared light. A change in the properties of the reflected wave indicates that a person or object is within the detection area, prompting the sensor relay activation.

Microwave Sensors

Microwave technology, sometimes referred to as radar technology is based on the Doppler Effect. Radar sensors continuously emit microwaves of a defined frequency in the detection area of the sensor, these microwaves are reflected back to the sensor by objects in the detection area.
