Offline Remote Computer Management

Programmed and managed via software and programmer. This system is ideal for sites with a low/medium turnover of users.

The system is programmed initially from the comfort of your office using Cloud Assistant (license required). Each transmitter has its own unique code, and hundreds can be added in seconds thanks to sequential programming. Each transmitter can then be assigned a name. Any free memory of the receiver is filled with ‘Reserve’ codes which enable you to add more transmitters remotely at a later date.

You then insert the memory card from the receiver into the Assistant programmer and write the data to it. The memory card is put back into the receiver and it can then be installed.

If John Smith loses their transmitter, the manager finds John Smith in the software, right clicks on them, and selects ‘Substitution’. Put a new remote on the programmer and press both buttons simultaneously. Then post the transmitter to site. When it is pressed for the first time, it will add itself into the receiver’s memory and delete the lost one out.

New remotes can be added in a similar manner, by right clicking on Reserve codes and following the same process.

Some receivers also have inputs for proximity readers, meaning proximity cards and tags can be managed in the same way.

Dual technology (transmitter and proximity) devices are also available. So, for example the device can be used to open a gate (transmitter), and release locks on doors (proximity), without needing to carry 2 separate devices.

The transmitters and proximity devices are very high security and cannot be cloned, unlike competitors’ systems. They can also have the installers company logo printed on them and a unique ‘installer code’ inserted into them. The installer code ensures all future sales, as the receiver will only accept new transmitters/proximity devices with that installer code.
