Diablo Mini Loop Sensors

Mini-loops owe their success to a new technology brought to market in an elegant, simple to install package. As usual, it is the software that turns an idea into a solid reliable product. The module gives an opening pulse when ferrous objects approach the probe position. Modules fit inside a gate or barrier control panel. They wire into all control panel power and safety inputs. A two core probe cable runs from the road to the module.

• Mini-loops cannot be used for presence

Magna Sensors

Magna uses ambient magnetic fields. The sensor is fully waterproof. The sensor can be set in any orientation. A hole drilled at an angle is a simple and effective option setting it deep enough to be protected, and reducing cable radius. A 20mm drill bit is just big enough. The sensor is mounted in the road centre clear of moving steelwork. The sensors zero to the local magnetic conditions on powered up. Sensors must not be within a steel framed building or within 0.5m of an iron man hole cover, drain or large ferrous mass. The sensor can be moved if necessary as it resets on each power up, so can be moved several times.
