MINICND 8K2 Resistive Safety Edges

The MiniCND 8K2 Resistive Safety Edges is a new specialised safety edge for electric driveway gates. The Mini has all the protective qualities of larger edges like the Compact, such as anti crush deformation foam for shock absorption and an 8k2 resistive strip for lightning fast reaction times. However the Mini builds on these qualities by combining them into a smaller form factor for a less intrusive safety solution. Furthermore the Mini is designed to make it easy to work with and help speed up its installation.

The MINI CND is compatible with our TBAND24DC which coverts 8K2 to N.C, useful when the gate controller doesn't have an 8K2 input, and our wireless Radioband systems for when wiring the edge back to the controller isn't an option. See related products for more information.

Applications:
Sliding gates, swing gates, sectional doors, rolling shutters.

Available Lengths:
1200, 2000, 2500 mm.

Trimming Lengths: 
Any length down to a minimum of 100mm.

Mechanical Characteristics:
External structure in co-extruded thermoplastic.
Soft rubber endcaps for total protection throughout the device.
Operating temperatures: -10° +55° C.

Electrical Characteristics:
Resistive system with continuous self diagnosis (8.2 K O), applicable to all types of automatic closing systems.
