8K2 PICCO Small Profile Resistive Safety Edges

A small profile resistive safety edges. The PiccoCND has one of the smallest profiles on the market at just 15mm. As with other edges in the range the Picco can be cut down to any size on site and fitted quickly. The internal 8k2 resistive strip provides the fastest reaction times possible, only limited by the control panel and automation used. The Picco is ideally suited to secondary safety applications where other edges with more deformation cannot fit.

The PICCO is compatible with our TBAND24DC which coverts 8K2 to N.C, useful when the gate controller doesn't have an 8K2 input, and our wireless Radioband systems for when wiring the edge back to the controller isn't an option. See related products for more information.

APPLICATIONS: Sliding gates, swing gates, sectional doors, rolling shutters.

TRIMMING LENGTHS: Any length down to a minimum of 100mm.

MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTICS: External structure in co-extruded thermoplastic.
Soft rubber endcaps for total protection throughout the device.
Operating temperatures: -10° +55° C.

ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Resistive system with continuous self diagnosis (8.2 K O), applicable to all types of automatic closing systems.
