2 Channel dead man remote control – JCM Technologies 868 MHz 2 button metal transmitter.
A robust and reliable 2-button metal transmitter designed for “dead man” operation, ideal for controlling gates, barriers, and other access automation systems where constant pressure is required for operation.
We can supply replacement fobs/transmitters for existing compatible systems.

Important Ordering Information:
When ordering replacement transmitters, please check the serial number on the back of your existing remote:
- The serial number should be 7 digits
- The first 4 digits indicate the manufacture date
- The last 3 digits must be 120, followed by the letter D
Your transmitter may also feature the Birkdale logo.

KEEROLL control panel:
▪ Remote has stopped working
Solution:
- Change the batteries in the Birkdale replacement remote, even if the LED is lighting up.
- If more than one remote has stopped working at the same time, check there’s power to the control panel.
▪ Remote won’t program
Solution:
- Check that the new Birkdale replacement remote is compatible. Compare the serial number of a working remote against the new one. The serial number must end in 120D which is Birkdale’s code.
- If the remote is compatible, follow the programming video for your panel. Or refer to the control panel manual.
