If you are ordering replacements of this transmitter, it is important to note the following:
On the back of your existing transmitter the serial number should be 7 numbers, the first 4 are the manufacture date, the last 3 are important and should be 120, followed by the letter D. Â It may also have the Birkdale logo printed on it. (See pictures). If unsure please contact us before ordering so we can confirm.

KEEROLL control panel:
- Change the batteries, even if the LED is lighting up.
- If more than one remote has stopped working at the same time, check there’s power to the control panel.
- Check that the new remote is compatible. Compare the serial number of a working remote against the new one. Click here for more information.
- If the remote is compatible, follow the programming video for your panel. Or refer to the control panel manual.
