If you are ordering replacements of this transmitter, it is important to note the following:

Identify your remote type/model by checking the serial number on the back of an existing remote.
- The MUV2-HP has a 7 digit serial number followed by the letter D. Newer remotes have 7 digits with MUV2-HP printed above.
- The MUV2 has a 7 digit serial number.
- The MUVPRO2 has 13 digits in total.
The last 3 digits of the serial number indicate the coding.
- 040 is Quantek coded.
- 003 is JCM coded.
- Please make sure you select the correct option.
- If the last 3 digits are neither of the above, or you are unsure, please email a picture of the serial number to [email protected] and we will advise.
If there is a company logo printed anywhere on your existing remotes, please contact that company directly for replacements. Remotes ordered from us will not work.
