• Ensure the last three digits of the serial number engraved on the back are 040.
  If they are not, please do not order — contact us first for advice.

• The serial number should include ‘EVO’.
  If it does not, your remote is a MUV4 or MUVPRO4 model.

• If your existing remote has a company logo printed anywhere on it, please contact that company directly for replacements.
  Remotes ordered from us will not be compatible in this case.
