The ROLLER868 roller shutter controls are operating panels for single phase roller doors for residential and commercial use that includes 2 remotes (if bought as a kit).

Roller868:

Dead-man or mixed semi-automatic operations (automatic opening, dead-man closure) or automatic operations using an option switch
No limit switch input
Automatic operating and closure time adjustment
Selectable automatic closure by use of the option switch
A jumper can be used to work with 1, 2 or no resistive safety edges
Photocell connections are possible on series closure with safety edges
868 MHz receiver with 15 codes built in
Active input switch. The safety inputs that are not used do not have to be bridged
Start or separate open/close inputs depending on configuration
Purchase deadman transmitters if you intend to operate the door in deadman mode

▪ Door won't open and or close

Solution:

Check there is power to the control panel.
Check to fuse.
Check the jumper is set in the correct position for your configuration.
If fitted, check the photocell is clean, aligned properly and that the cables are undamaged.
If fitted, check the safety edge isn’t pressed or damaged.
If the door has been running a lot in a short period of time and the control panel is clicking when it receives an input, it is likely the motor thermal cutout. Wait half an hour and try again. This is not a problem with the control panel.
If the control panel is clicking when a remote or button is pressed, check the motor wiring and condition.
