The MUV4-HP is a 4 channel 868 MHz deadman remote control compatible with certain JCM control panels (see compatible products section).
Deadman means when you let go of the button, the door stops its movement, ensuring safety of the door.
If you are ordering replacements of this transmitter, it is important to note the following:
- Please check that the last digits of the serial number are 040D. If they aren't, please don't order, call us instead and we will advise.
- If there is a company logo printed anywhere on your existing remotes, please contact that company directly for replacements. Remotes ordered from us will not work.

- Change the batteries, even if the LED is lighting up.
- If more than one remote has stopped working at the same time, check there’s power to the control panel.
