Universal 868MHz garage door remote control kit. An ideal resolution if your existing remote control has been discontinued or are just too expensive to replace.
The 2 core pre-wired cable connects to your existing garage door bell push button or the push button/activate terminals on your existing garage door controller. Any old working remote will continue to work, you get 2 new pre-programmed remotes, and you can easily and cheaply add more in the future.
Due to the receiver being 2 channel, it makes it adaptable to situations where the garage door controller requires a 3 wire input (common, open & close) or when there are 2 garage doors you wish to control from one remote. Refer to the manual for more details.
In the box:
1 x receiver with 3 metres of pre wired cable that connects straight into the low voltage garage door push button or start terminals
1 x plug in power supply
2 x pre-programmed 868MHz transmitters
Quick and easy to fit, normally a 15 minute job!

If the receiver is clicking when the remote is pressed:
The system is working. Check no wires have come out inside the receiver. Check you connections to the garage door controller. Refer to the manual of the garage door controller.
If not:
Check there is power to the receiver.
Program the remote. You may need to program both buttons depending on your configuration.
Check the remote is compatible and looks identical to other remotes on the system.
Change the batteries, even if the LED is lighting up.
Refer to the receiver manual or follow the programming video tutorial.
If more than one remote won’t program, the issue is unlikely to be the remotes. Check there are no metal objects obstructing the receiver, extend the antenna if possible, and check its power supply.
If a new installation, test in a different location to determine if the issue is signal interference.
Change the batteries, even if the LED is lighting up.
If more than one has stopped working at the same time, check there’s power to the receiver. If you can hear the receiver relay clicking when you press a remote, then the system is working. The issue is probably with the garage controller or the wiring between the two. Contact your installer or maintenance company.
