CP6-RX Anti Vandal Metal Wiegand Reader

When an RFID card or fob is presented to the reader, it sends a signal of the card’s unique identifier number back to the access controller. The access controller then checks the ID number against its list of authorised users and chooses whether to grant access by switching a relay.

Capable of reading EM, HID & Mifare cards & fobs, this reader provides ultimate flexibility. It connects to any Wiegand access controller on the market, meaning it can be easily retro-fitted to an existing access control system for upgrades and expansions.

This stylish metal Wiegand reader is also ideally suited to new installations, and can be paired with our IPNET networked access control system, or our HDOOREVO wireless online access control system. Both of these use computer software for remote programming, monitoring, access schedules and many other features.
