A remote control panel to use with roller shutter doors and roller garage doors that use a tubular motor. Comes with a built in 868MHz receiver and lights.

Very easy to install, simply supply mains voltage and connect the 4 motor wires. It also has connections for an external light, stop button, safety beam and 24Vac output. There are also volt free open and close terminals, which can connect to a key switch, rocker switch, 2 channel access control keypad, or WiFi smart switch for mobile phone remote control (appropriate safety devices must be installed).

▪ Door won’t open and/or close

Solution:

Check there is power to the remote control panel.
Check the fuse.
If fitted, check the photocell is clean, aligned properly and that the cables are undamaged. If not fitted, check the terminals are linked.
Link the photocell terminals at the control panel, if this works, the problem is with the photocell.
If fitted, check that the emergency stop button hasn’t been pressed and check the cable to the emergency stop button is undamaged. If not fitted, check the terminals are linked.
If the door has been running a lot in a short period of time and the control panel is clicking when it receives an input, it is likely the motor thermal cutout. Wait half an hour and try again. This is not a problem with the control panel.
If the control panel is clicking when a remote or button is pressed, check the motor wiring and condition.
