The Cloud Assistant is a powerful, web based platform designed for the secure and efficient management of up to 5,000 devices, including transmitters and proximity tags/cards. Ideal for both small and large installations. It enables administrators to manage access remotely with minimal disruption.

There are two flexible receiver options:
  • Offline Receivers
    Enjoy fast, straightforward installation while maintaining remote management capabilities. New transmitters are easily added or substituted by programming a secure code via the Assistant programmer. When the new device is pressed within range, it is automatically recognised by the receiver and, if required, the lost transmitter is removed. No on site access needed.

  • Connected Receivers (WiFi or 4G)
    Gain full real time control of your installation with no programmer required. Manage devices, update access credentials, and monitor door status directly from the Cloud Assistant platform anytime, anywhere!
