▪ Remote won’t program
✅ Solution:
- Check that the remotes are compatible. They must be Quantek coded remotes to work with this receiver. Check the serial numbers on the remotes. Click here for more information.
- If the remotes are compatible, follow the programming video, or refer to the receiver manual.
If issue persists, power down the receiver and power it back up. If you hear 2 beeps, the receiver has an installer code.
- Contact the original installer for new remotes.
- Purchase another receiver and remotes without installer code and wire it in parallel.

- If some remotes have been lost or not in use, you can reset the receiver and re-program the ones still in use.
â–ª The equipment the receiver is wired to (auto door controller, gate panel, etc) isn't activating when the remote is pressed
✅ Solution:
- If the receiver relay is clicking and the red LED is turning on when the remote is pressed, the system is working properly. Check the wiring from the receiver to the equipment. Refer to the equipment manual or contact the manufacturer.
