The DMR-IND is a robust and reliable control panel designed for industrial and commercial door applications. Suitable for both single phase and three phase motors, it provides precise and compliant control for roller shutter and sectional doors.

The panel allows for either automatic or deadman opening (selectable via dipswitch), with closing controlled exclusively by deadman operation for enhanced safety. Deadman control ensures the door only moves while the button is actively pressed, stopping immediately when released.

To support safe operation and regulatory compliance, the transmitter range can be adjusted via an onboard potentiometer. This allows installers to limit operation to within direct line of sight of the door, in line with EN 60335-1:2012 requirements.

▪ Door won’t open and/or close

Solution:

If fitted, check the emergency stop button hasn’t been pressed and the cable is undamaged. If not fitted, check the terminals are linked.
Link out all 3 limit switch terminals. If this works, check the limit switch wiring and adjust the limits at the motor if necessary.
If the relays are clicking, check the motor wiring is correct.
Check there is power to the control panel and check the fuse.
