JCM Technologies 4 channel programmable transmitter 868MHz. If you are ordering replacements of this transmitter, it is important to note the following:

Identify the type/model of your remote by checking the serial number on the back of an existing remote:
- The MUVPRO4 has 13 digits in total.
- The MUV4 has a 7 digit serial number.
- The MUV4-HP has a 7 digit serial number followed by the letter D. Newer remotes have 7 digits with MUV4-HP printed above.
Check that the last 3 digits of the serial number are 040 or it says ‘Quantek MUVP4’ on the back. If not, please don’t order, call us instead and we will advise.
If there is a company logo printed anywhere on your existing remotes, please contact that company directly for replacements. Remotes ordered from us will not work.
The receivers on communal gates for example can sometimes be securely managed by the installer or property/building managers. If you believe this to be the case please contact the company directly as you will be unable to program the remotes yourself.
