GO PRO transmitters offer all of the advantages of the GO transmitters but with the added value of being compatible with Assistant & Cloud Assistant software which allows you to setup installations from the comfort of your office and manage them remotely, giving you convenience & absolute control over transmitters.
If you are ordering replacements of this transmitter, it is important to note the following:
- This remote looks identical to the GO2, but is advisable to always order the same remote. In order to tell if you have a GO2 or GO PRO2, check the serial number engraved on the back of an existing remote. If the serial number is 7 digits, it is a GO2, if the serial number is 13 digits in total, it is a GO PRO2.
- Please also check that the last 3 digits of the serial number are 040 or it says 'Quantek GP2' on the back. If not, please don't order, call us instead and we will advise.
- If there is a company logo printed anywhere on your existing remotes, please contact that company directly for replacements. Remotes ordered from us will not work.
- The receivers on communal gates for example can sometimes be managed by the installer or property/building managers. If you believe this to be the case please contact the company directly as you may be unable to program the remotes yourself.
